I was wondering why you kept talking about Megan Fox! I thought you were referring to an uncredited cameo. The actress you're thinking of is Katie McGrath, whose biggest role to date is probably as Morgana Pendragon in Merlin, or as Lucy in the Dracula TV series (the one where Jonathan Rhys Meyers plays the titular character).

Irwin Allen's The Lost World was certainly fun back in the day as long as you can overlook the fact that they use really inaccurate dinosaur names for what are actually a bunch of lizards with superglued attachments which although called t-rex etc look nothing like the type of dinosaur they're meant to be
This one just made a UK blu-ray release which looks alright all things considered.

Warlords of Atlantis is also great fun which is still sadly lacking on blu-ray

Is Jurassic World too scary for children? | Daily Mail Online

When I was a child, at junior school, the story of 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff', with the troll hiding under the bridge, really scared me, and I had to be taken out of the class in tears every time it was read!

This is an excellent piece by David Cooke, director of the BBFC:
