I have.

It wasn't very long though, only a few episodes. It was created by Doctor Who producer Barry Letts and script editor Terrance Dicks. I'm pretty sure Ralph Bates was in it but i may be wrong there.

I think Second Sight released it on dvd.

Never seen it or it's sequel unfortunately. I believe it's average to good.
