I'm currently watching the Blake's 7/Dr Who '91 Q and A and let me tell you it's one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time and I'm only half an hour into it. Quality stuff.

Episode 14

Redemption

Blake is obsessed with analyzing Orac's prediction of the destruction of the Liberator. However Avon figures out that they will be safe if they don't go anywhere near the sector of space the disaster happens in, just before the Liberator is attacked and loses control of all systems.

The ship seems to be under the influence of an outside force which is using the ship's technology to make life very uncomfortable for the Liberator's inhabitants.

Powerless to control the ship, they are soon captured by the Liberator's former owners, who now intend to regain their property, and take the Liberator on board their space station.

Escaping, the crew regain the Liberator, but a pursuit ship is launched after them: this ship turns out to be an exact counterpart of the Liberator. Orac's prediction is about to come true.

This episode picks up directly where season one finished with the crew analyzing Orac's predicted destruction of the Liberator. Unfortunately Cally seems to have a new much shorter hairstyle in this time, is Vila secretly a barber? Avon also sems to have developed a passion for fetish fashion to boot. Speaking of fetish wear, this episode will go down in history for spandex lovers.

Redemption is a very good opening episode for series two. The Liberator being taken over by an unseen force then fighting back against the crew reminded me quite a bit of The Long Weekend.

The first proper episode with Orac as a member of the crew and he starts as he means to go on - like a tetchy little fish tank, a bit like Avon in a box.
