From a BBFC point of view the scene is likely to be more problematic than anything in Last House which didn't contain any eroticising images of sexual violence eg the rape mainly focused on the faces...

It would be fascinating to see if they would pass it uncut now. The 1982 X cinema release suffered substantial cuts. But the only scene that might still be cut today is the 80 second rape/humiliation...
