Because the theatrical versions of BvS and Suicide Squad were butchered by the studio, so they released the director's cut of BvS on Blu-ray (it remains to be seen what Suicide Squad will be).

When's it from? If it's from the '70s, its colours will have changed over time, and if it's new then it will have had to have been colour-timed like any Blu-ray, no? Not all prints look the same!

For me it was a no-brainer as I've never been...

For me it was a no-brainer as I've never been happy with the current Blu-ray, the boosted colours looked artificial, robbed the film of its atmosphere, and didn't tally with how I remembered the film...
