I seem to remeber Arrow saying that by entering into the replacement program you agree to not sell the faulty disc, I have two of them myself sat in a box doing bugger all, along with a faulty copy...

There's a seller on eBay selling the faulty disc for a fiver, pretty sure Arrow said it was illegal to do this when they sent the replacements out
