I am using the latest version I have been informed. I have disabled Bing Bar as I had that enabled as well. Not sure what to do next to check that my speed is where it should be or to sort the video...

Yes, all sites mega slow and videos a no go. They say that we need to download latest adobe player which I have but doesn't seem to register. Been using computer for 4-5 years I think
