According to Demdike's post it's like the Video Nasties set, so it should look like this, it's a thick triple amaray.

It took me ages to figure out what the difference was between the two sides - the reverse front cover doesn't have a yellow border.

I used the reverse.....then turned it back to the main artwork as I preferred it with the yellow border.
