Don't know if there are any templates.All I usually do is save a pic of an Arrow/Shameless cover to my pc and go from there.

Doing a front cover is easy enough,Just need to use a picture of the front of any Shameless or Arrow cover and insert a poster into it using photoshop and just mess about until it looks ok.For the 3D covers,you use a program called imandix coverpro to display it as a 3D version.
