Yep,that seems to have been altered for use in Belgium.
A common practice back then.

In my eyes it is (but not for those who watch just for gore etc, they would probably complain it's not brutal enough)

I really like the front cover and there are plenty of options for the reverse cover so it should be a top release. Starting from the beginning and going on, I also noticed the 'giallos' that just didn't look right -- releases like this deserve proper Italian grammar!
