As with any anime it depends on sales. I know the ova mini-series and the first are definitely out not sure about the rest. (There's well over 100 episodes if you count the new files) releases like this need supporting!

Don't know if the US blus are locked?
Or are you region free?

Btw in my search for an affordable dvd or blu edition of Highschool DxD I found this exciting news.

"Today is the day before Christmas and UK anime distributor has decided to give us loyal fans an early Christmas present with their latest podcast, where they announced three new titles that will be coming to the UK market next year!

The first of which is the ecchi fantasy series HighSchool DxD which centres on Issei Hyodo, a "normal" human ("normal" in that he is a raging pervert). When Issei is attacked and left for dead by a fallen angel. The next morning, he wakes up to find third-year student Rias Gremory lying naked in bed, who reveals herself as the devil who saved his life, so as such, she is his new master. A second season of the original 2012 anime aired this past summer. MangaUK will be releasing HighSchool DxD on both DVD and Blu-ray in 2014."

Also!

"April 14: Girls und Panzer Complete Collection, pictured right. MVM tweeted that it will look into releasing a Blu-ray edition of this series, though "We're not promising anything."

MVM is also releasing Infinite Stratos this year but only on dvd it seems!?

"Today, MVM Entertainment did just that, announcing some release dates for their upcoming titles:

The most notable is Fate/Zero, which is being released on both DVD, Blu-Ray and as a Collector’s Edition (both DVD and Blu-Ray versions available). The Collector’s Edition for volume 1 will be housed in a box big enough to fit both of the series’ volumes in, with more details about the edition to be made available in the New Year. Also, while Girls und Panzer is currently only slated for DVD, MVM have said that they will be looking into the possibilities of Blu-Ray. Anyways, the all important dates are (with new additions in bold):

13th January 2014: Nisemonogatari Part 2 (DVD/BD)
20th January 2014: Is This A Zombie? Of The Dead Collection (DVD)
3rd February 2014 – Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom Collection (DVD)
10th February 2014 – Dusk Maiden of Amnesia Complete Collection (DVD)
17th February 2014 – Infinite Stratos Complete Collection (DVD)
3rd March 2014 – Hakuoki: Record of the Jade Blood Collection (DVD)
10th March 2014 – Night Raid 1931 Collection (DVD)
17th March 2014 – BTOOM! Complete Collection (DVD)
7th April 2014 – Hakuoki: Dawn of the Shinsengumi Collection (DVD)
14th April 2014 – Girls und Panzer (DVD)
28th April 2014 – Fate/Zero Part 1 (DVD/BD), Fate/Zero Part 1 Collector’s Edition (DVD/BD)
5th May 2014 – Sankarea Collection (DVD)
12th May 2014 – Hakuoki OVA: A Memory of Snow Flowers Collection (DVD)
26th May 2014 – Fate/Zero Part 2 (DVD/BD)
2nd June 2014 – Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians Complete Collection (DVD)

MVM also have three new license which will be released from April onwards, but they won’t reveal what those three are…yet."

"Earlier in the week a variety of new Anime Licenses for UK Distribution were unveiled, some were revealed in the latest Issue of NEO Magazine (on sale now) while others were revealed in the latest, Christmas themed, Manga UK podcast.

Manga Entertainment UK:

Blue Exorcist Movie (Format TBC, ETA: 2014)
Robotics; Notes (Format: TBC, ETA: 2014)

Manga Entertainment has picked up the rights to Attack on Titan set for a Q4 release date this year in time for season two next year. Hopefully it'll be on BD (it'll look stunning) and in one box set not split into two as is ME's way.
