Arrested Development. I know its coming back but it never should have been cancelled in the first place

FIREFLY
ENTERPRISE - This series really found its own from season 3 onwards. Person who made the final episode should have been shot, what a cop-out, similar to the anti-climatic final episode of VOYAGER.
V - NEW SERIES
BLOOD & CHROME- NEW BSG PREQUEL , The pilot went straight to disc and was never aired.
STARGATE ATLANTIS - Would have liked to have seen this run longer, as the final season was rushed to make way for the new SGU series.

The thing that also annoyed me about The Sarah Connor Chronicles, was that it was cancelled in favour of Dollhouse, even though the ratings were apparently stronger.....then cancelled Dollhouse the next year. Crazy.

The ultimate crime against TV drama for me was the BBC cancelling The Tripods series back in the 80's leaving an unresolved cliffhanger to series 2.

Unfortunately history was to repeat itself many years later when they did the exact same thing to the Survivors remake which had also gained a decent following.

The last honest-to-goodness half hour 6 episode BBC2 series of Alan Partridge was in 2002 - this is too long! This country!

Bottom series 4

It's been written and ready to go for some time, however the BBC won't put it in to production as it "doesn't fit within their style of programming these days".

In other words, they are worried that someone is sitting in wait for the ideal opportunity to be offended by something.
