NOTE: This is from a joke site

Nation’s comedy fans desperately hoping someone has a photo of Mrs Brown’s Boys wearing blackface | Newsthump

"As more and more comedy shows find themselves removed from our screens, discerning comedy fans across the country are keeping everything crossed that someone, somewhere, unearths a photo showing the cast of Mrs Brown’s Boys wearing blackface.

With Little Britain removed from Netflix and a public apology from the creator of Bo Selecta, there is real hope that one photograph could be enough to remove Mrs Brown’s Boys from the nation’s screens forever..."

I had looked back through the whole thread beforehand and thought it was interesting that things have come full circle in just over seven years, beginning with The Germans and then it becoming the most recent piece of television to be 're-evaluated' the content.

He doesn't have much time for people who have problems with the racial slurs:

“The Major was an old fossil left over from decades before. We were not supporting his views, we were making fun of them,” said Cleese, who knew nothing of UKTV's move until this masthead contacted him. “If they can’t see that, if people are too stupid to see that, what can one say?

“Fawlty Towers has given a large number of people a great deal of happiness, why would you want to stop that,” he added “It reminds me of the definition of a Scottish Presbyterian as someone who has a nasty, sneaking feeling that someone, somewhere, is having a good time.”

I always thought that comedy on TV was the biggest in joke on us, joe public. Look how many Del Boy's, Victor Meldrew's, Foggies, Arkwright, Hyacinth Bucket's, Fletcher's etc... their are. And yet nobody takes offence at that. All of this feeds into an agenda to change hearts and minds of the public, and inparticular, the younger generation, who will be bombarded with this PC shite from Primary School onwards. All this Black Lives Matter stuff is very dubious as well. Kneeling on one knee as a mass group across the country seems like something a cult would do. This country is being divided for a reason. And the Government haven't flinched over the toppling of statues, and yet, if we did that, we'd be sent to prison for it, but it's alright for BLM to do it. It's all very odd. Bit like Extinction Rebellion.

The point about children is an interesting one because they are very prone to mimicry and repeating words they hear from authority figures and people on TV. As such, it's property for the best that kids don't hear the N word. If they do, then I hope someone would treat it like a swearword and tell them that it's a bad word which we shouldn't say.

I have no problem with the Black Lives Matter movement pushing for systemic change to such parts of society as policing and employment so Afro-Caribbean people are not underrepresented in high-paid and powerful jobs and overrepresented in prison.

However, that's too much like politics, so
