Maybe Seth is just tired of doing the 3 characters together like that (he can actually act out a scene with Peter, Stewie and Brian all at once without pausing) and wants to chill a bit, but this is Family Guy after all... so shouldn't take it as read that Brian snuffs it in anything other than a P.R. stunt... yet.
