Family Guy I have these on DVD and I've been watching them on BBC 3 but I found they were getting repeated every other week or so. I also think after season 3 it got old pretty quick as the jokes came by cutaways rather then through plot like Beavis & Butt Head. What are your thoughts on it. Do you think it should be axed or allowed to continue (considering it already got cancelled once). |
Hmmm. No. Just because of Ted, the last series was very poor, but Id rather have it on. Now, the new Scooby Doo, thats really something to moan about haha |
First 3 seasons were great but it ran out of steam as soon as it came back. It's not funny, low on plot, always finds excuses not to do as many jokes as possible (long drawn out sequences, musical numbers etc), doesn't know the difference between a joke and a reference, is offensive in all the wrong ways, is mean-spirited, racist, hateful and downright nasty at times. I f--king hate this show so much. American Dad is great though. |
For me Family Guy without Stewie would be barely watchable, but with him I find it funny/offensive in an odd 'so bad it's good' way, a closeted gay, mother hating baby with access to an endless supply of tech and weapons... nice. And of course Quagmire..."Gigidy", at least it's not as dire as modern The Simpons episodes. |
Could never like Family Guy but I always found Stewie to be somewhat funny. |
