Just wondering if it's actually worth giving it a go.
It's initially set after Terminator 2 but uses a time travel plot to create an alternative timeline where T3 doesn't happen and Sarah doesn't die of cancer. So you can enjoy it as a separate continuity from the films, which works really well.

Hopefully lots! The comic's still going strong and there's plenty of story to be told with the show, the "prison and Governor" story arc was years ago, so much has happened to Rick and his group since then, which I won't go into for fear of spoilers

Merlin (I know it wasn't cancelled but it ended, and they could have taken it much further if the producers and cast had wanted to.)

Doctor Who (1989, it seemed everything clicked into gear in that final series, the stories were of high quality, McCoy was turning into an excellent Doctor, and the Beeb cancelled it for seven years.)

Doctor Who (1996 - Paul McGann was deserving of at least a full series playing the Timelord.)

And as others have said - Angel and Firefly.

I would have loved more runs of Alias, Rome, Blakes-7, She Spies, Dark Angel and Birds of Prey.

I really liked the last series of Blakes 7 as the show seemed to have somehow grown up quite a bit by this point.

Avon was always the most interesting character for me and he was really getting near the edge in this series so it would have been interesting to see where they could have gone with a further 13 episodes.

That being said the final episode of series 4 gave us one of the best TV endings of all time so maybe it's better that it ended on a high

Forgot about that one. I have the dvds here and they're a right cluster****! Idiots have put them on in the order they aired, rather than the order they were intended to be shown by Shaun Cassidy. Completely ruins it. I ended up printing out a little card with the correct order on it and putting it in the boxset. Aparently the German dvds are in the correct order.

Terminator: TSCC- Just as it was getting REALLY good. Bastards.

Outlaw Star- Yeah yeah I know I literaly just finished watching it but, seriesly? No sequel series?

Soul Eater- You bastards Studio Bones! Leaving it on a hanging note like that! GRRR!

Firefly- Guess.

Berzerk- Could have gone on so much longer.

Naruto- No! Wait...that SHOULD end.

Batman: TAS- It's classic for a reason, and one of the best TV series ever produced. Guess sometimes it's better to go out on a bang than a whimper.
