Default Pokemon - Gotta Catch 'Em All

I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was,
To catch them is my real test, to train them is my cause...

If those lyrics have made you turn your cap backwards and start singing, you've come to the right place!

How many Cult Labs are/were fans of Pokemon? Did you catch 'em all?

Who was your favorite pokemon?

I recently re-watched the Pokemon movie on VHS yesterday and really enjoyed seeing all my old favs back together

Also found a Guess Who-esque Pokemon board game which proved harder to play that it seems!

So, who a fan (of the original 150!)?

HELL YES!!!!!

I was a Pokeaddict, I think practically every 90's kid was. Still have vivid memories of going to see the first movie at the cinema and spending a fortune on the card booster packs in an attempt to find the elusive Charizard shiny. My favourites were Nidoking, Scyther and Pinsir:

I know it was a few years later but did you ever use to watch Yu-Gi-Oh Kyle?

Wooo! Great choice of Pokemon, RedEye! I forgot about Pinsir.

If I had to pick (beside Pikachu) my fav three would be;

Machoke

Haunter

And good ol' Psyduck -

I was also fascinated by Jynx for some weird reason

My brother had loooads of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, RedEye. I used to make up the rules as I went along - funny how I always won :P

What about Digimon? A bit pants compared to the others.

I remember creating a set of my own cards too. They were called Mons, rather originally!
