Default Hannibal-The Series

Just finished watching the first episode of this new series based on characters from Thomas Harris' Red Dragon. Promising start IMO, I'm looking forward to checking out next weeks episode. Anyone else watched this yet?

"Hannibal" (2013)

I think it has the potiential to be a good show, people have compared it to Dexter but I wouldn't know as I've never watched it

Well it stars MADS, so it's automatically cooler than Dexter . . .

I watched the 1st episode last night. Not really impressed. The only good thing in it is Mads Mikkelsen, and don't even get me started on Dr Bloom changed to a female, basically as a love interest for Graham.

Don't forget Freddie Lounds being turned into a female too.

I watched episode 2 this morning, definitely an improvement on the pilot

Ah, never realised that when they mentioned Loundes in the pilot. Surprised they didn't go and change Will Graham to a female too!

It has potential, the bodies are good, the flashback visions of Graham are good and Mads is fantastically spooky! It needs to show if it can stand up for a number of episodes though...
