I used to like Bread.

Not sure if it still stands up now though.

I dunno, for some reason the theme tune popped in my head a bit ago, hence the reason why I started the thread. I think those members that grew up during Thatcher's Britain will appreciate it, especially those of us from up North. It's been that long since I saw an episode it's hard to say if I'd still find it funny

And, regarding Bread, there's an unusual link to the films we all love. Jonathon Morris (who played Adrain Boswell) went on to star in a few of Charles Band's Full Moon films - Vampire Journals, Subspecies 4: Bloodstorm and Full Moon's Fright Night (TV series by Full Moon). He also stars in the 1986 film Screamtime.

Loved this as a child. I think I used to fancy Jonathan Morris.

It is still fairly enjoyable, but I think it's a mixture of nostalgia and having watched it just before going to work.

I picked up the first four series of this for Christmas for my mum. I'm going to borrow it from her when she's seen them all.

Greetings!

I just bought the entire 7 series from amazon for £14.99

I had forgotten just how funny this series was, watched halfway to series 4 and not fund a dull episode yet. I know the quality will probably go down towards the end of the series but for the price you can't really go wrong

It was my intention to buy this watch them all, then sell it on but I'm gonna keep it for my tv collection as i'd quite happily watch them all again

I saw Jonathan Morris, who played Adrian in 'Bread', as Frank on the 'Rocky Horror 21st Anniversary Tour' in 1994
