Ha, ha. Chalk and cheese are we.

I like impressions, and much prefer Pointless to The Chase.

hehe, I like both those shows. But most impressionists I can't stand, especially when they do interviews and try and crowbar their stuff into the conversation. Really makes me cringe It's that lack of showiness in The Trip that works so well, they're both just messing about and trying to make each other laugh ("She was only 16 years old!" ) . . .

I've just finished watching the first season of 'Girls' it was sadly too short at 10 episodes of half an hour but it was highly enjoyable, great writing, I really liked Adam as a character.

Am liking this Utopia (C4, tuesdays). But as it reeks of Dick, Burroughs, Kafka etc I would (also The Traveller by John TwelveHawks), great performance from Neil Maskell (Kill List, Nathan Barley) as well!! And saw a new Black Mirror trailer this morning!!

As for game shows, it's Only Connect or nowt, she can correct my grammar anyday.....

I sent off my CV last year for a job on Utopia. Bastards never got back to me though ... so I'm not watching it out of spite Nah, it looks pretty good. Hell, it stars Stephen Rea, so it MUST be awesome (everyone buy The Shadow Line NOW!) . . .

Watched season 2 of THE MENTALIST while trying to shake off a nasty chest cold. Like CSI, NCIS and all those other american crime shows it may get derided by highbrow critics but their perfect junk food for the soul.
