I bought the House MD box set last year and I only got around to watching the first series, just picked it up again from the 1st episode of season 2, I was only slightly confused by who one particular character was but picked it up pretty quickly (House's solicitor ex-wife now wroking for the hospital). Great fun, he really is a miserable bastard (probably why I like it)

Now rewatching Law & Order (1978)

No, not the awful murican legal drivel.
Predating a certain other show, this covers 4 aspects of the same case, from differing viewpoints. Nearly banned at the time, it caused quite a controversy due to its gritty naturalistic style.
Well worth a look, guvnor!

So my original idea was to binge The Shield but Sky Player is not allowing me to watch it for some reason. Anyway i just started this on Netflix i have heard good things about it.

I know this was cancelled can anyone tell me if they wrapped it up tried to google it but there is alot of spoilers.

Im totally hooked after only 2 episodes.

It ends like it was supposed to be only three seasons. I think they had plenty of warning it was going to end so they could write a proper ending!

It's a fantastic show!

Did you also like Sons of Anarchy, Dave?

It's by the same writer and features several of the cast from The Shield over it's seven season run.
