I'm not being dismissive, you like what you like mate, but i'm not sure that even the writers put that much thought into Neighbours.

Watched the next two episodes of life on mars, both excellent and love how accurate it is to the 70s with all the reference etc to the era, the white dog shit one was inspired! Anyone over a certain age will remember white dog shit, which seemed to be everywhere.

Love the character of Gene Hunt, who must be inspired by the sweeney.

I finished watching the first series of Life on Mars last night and then watched the first episode from the second series. It's a very good show with a constant narrative running through the entire series but also allowing each episode to stand alone with the police focusing on a single case.

The 1973 production design, costumes, music, and art direction is exceptional and I'm intrigued as to how the Sam Tyler coma/mad/time travel mystery will end.

Community season 1. First time in a long time. Don't think I ever saw the last couple of seasons.

McMillions

Documentary on how the FBI was tipped off that the McDonalds monopoly game winners was rigged, and it was one person doing it all, and what caused suspicion was they were all related but hard to prove because they all had different last names, they didn't know where to start, how, or explain to head office of McDonald's what they been told, it realy does delve into the whole background of what they did and the people involved and why etc, it's a 6 part story I've watched half tonight, watch the other half tomorrow, as much interesting it is and see the whole story it really could have been shortened a bit and maybe told in 3 parts instead of 6 because it does a drag a little .

Finally getting around to starting Vikings. I have heard the first few seasons are great but the last couple get progressively worse. Still worth a shot.
