So not like the book, then!

That's a bit of a shame and a missed opportunity.

Been catching up on films and TV recently as it's half term from college.

Yonderland Series 1
(Sky 1 Programme)
(NowTV UK)

The team of writers who make a show called 'Horrible Histories' which i haven't seen have made a comedy with live action and muppets. It's a funny TV show if you want to turn your brain off, It's like Meet the Feebles and Labrynth put together. We enjoyed the first season and it appears they made a seond season too. A lady is dragged into her closet and into an alternative universe to save the muppet land from a terrible evil woman... lots of comedy in this one folks.

Hannibal Series 3
(NowTV UK)

I really enjoyed the first two seasons of Hannibal, i thing Bryan Fuller really made it his own, i'm five episodes into this season and have to say i'm massivly confused. I have read the three books and love the source material but someof the character arcs in this season are a little strained, i'm not enjoying it as much as i thought i would. Still, it's nice to see the characters getting screen time and i'd rather have this than nothing at all.

Also been watching some classic shows like Red Dwarf season 1 to 4, NEWSradio season 1-5 and new south park which has it's moments.

I'll still try and find it on catch up or repeat somewhere and set next week's episode to record.

I'm kinda 8 or 9 episodes into The Strain and I don't know if I'm going to finish, it started off really strong but very quickly went a bit annoying. Last episode I watched was the one where they were holed up in the Petrol Station with the UV lights. If Season 2 is better I might persevere and get through the rest of these ones, I only have maybe 5 episodes left..

The fall 2015 anime season has little of interest to me. What IS of interest is all amazing though. Gundam Iron Blooded child, it's like Sunrise remembered Gundam can be fun again.

Concrete Revolutio is the most Japanese thing. Ever. And it's ****ing amazing.

And One-Punch Man. Is....the best. BEST thing i've seen all year. Absolutely ****ing hilarious and action packed to boot.

The Bill: Twanky. The boys and girls of Sun Hill attempt to stage a Christmas pantomime for charity in this very funny double-length Xmas episode from 1997. Can still remember this, doesn't seem like 18 years ago!
Rod, dressed up as Widow Twanky, but knocked out by a thug and left outside the theatre, gets arrested as a drunk hooker!

Been watching a couple of netflix series

Marco Polo

Really thought I would like this but just found it very slow and boring with a very unlikable and boring lead. Looks nice though.

Hemlock grove

Wasn't expecting much expected some awful twishite teeny crap but it's actual pretty well acted with an interesting story and well rounded characters
