Ah the good old days of barely having any channels to watch and great tv.
Countdown was ch4 first programme and still going today after 40yrs,
It took us a good few yrs before we could get a signal for it and tune it in.

With Channel 4, they were great in the 90's when they brought in all the American Shows however I felt that they are full of themselves regarding the self-congratulations with all the controversial shows.

Snowpiercer: Season 1

Based on the Film, I thought that it had a slow start but it really got going. The advantage of being the TV Series, they were able to take their time with the storylines as well as being able to make the Train 1000 Cars long.

Also like OZ, alliances were formed based on necessity and with The Folgers you had someone you truly loathed (I do wonder if they'll be back though)

first episode of Chucky , really enjoyed it and the spirit of the early movies, great to see Dourif back as Chucky. Seems they will be exploring the back story of Charles Lee Ray too see how he turned out the way he did.

The Guardian hated this so for me that's always a good sign.

I finished Squid Game over the weekend. I enjoyed it to a certain extent but honestly the episodes could of been much shorter there are so many scenes that just drag out for far too long. This is just turning into something that has been latched on to by popular culture making it out to be the best show ever.

Interesting fun and a little emotional at times but predictable and a little drawn out. Its worth a watch all the same.

It is a great show, not best show ever just most talked about show in yrs and Netflix biggest show ever, even best tv shows theres always faults,
Sometime some scene are drawn out to give more storyline.
Saw few min documentary and read clips on it, the cgi was bare minimum and everything was built to scale, and all actors said most terrifying part was the last game of the glass floor, it wasn’t a large drop but somehow still scared them it was just over a metre to the floor.

The Stranger. A complete stranger wanders up to a happily married husband and father and explodes a bomb in the form of a secret his wife has been keeping from him. And when she then disappears, the husband then finds the layers of deception keep unfolding. Pretty good mystery series based on a book, halfway through it, good cast including Richard Armitage from Spooks, Dervla Kirwan and Anthiny Head (looking bloody old ).
