Taking a break from hipsters and t'ing, have been perusing this Day Of The Dead series. Whilst in one regard it makes me think fondly of the remake (JOKE), it is fun on a base level. The characters are all either tiresomely "modern" or are walking cliches, so waiting for them to get chomped is my main focus . The effects are reasonably decent.

I can only think he saw the question and his brain went 'John Rambo – that's the character from the Die Hard films'. Either that, or he's never seen an action movie.

Every episode has had me drooling at the food on show. Drooling, i tell you.
Been watching this week on catch up, bloody brilliant and their banter and enthusiasm brings a tear to my eye. Just seen the first two so far, but already planning a trip to the Yorkshire coast lol...

Makes me glad to be a northerner! (even if it's the southern bit of the North lol)

I felt a bit lost on Thursday night when it wasn't on.

He admitted he doesn’t watch tv or films only football, and last time he went cinema to watch anything was when he was around 17.

X-Files: Drive. Mulder is taken hostage by a desperate man who has to keep moving west at increasingly high speeds - or his head will explode. This is a cracking episode with a killer premise and some fantastic sequences (the whole scene at the guy's farm with Scully and the CDC team is wonderfully atmospheric. And I love Scully getting to know how Mulder feels when she proposes to the CDC guy, "What if we're not looking for a virus? What if what we're looking for is a sound?" The guy just looks at her and goes, "Seriously?"

First 2 eps of season 20 of South Park on Netflix, all new to me. Very funny so far, with an ongoing story arc of a vitriolic online troll. Brilliant twist at the end of episode 1 that it's not Cartman as you - and everyone else - assumes, but Kyle's Rabbi dad!
