Started watching it this week, apparently reading this morning while I couldn’t sleep they listened to viewers complaints about season one and took note, main complaint was the timelines.

Tales From The Crypt: And All Through The House.

A woman murders her husband on Christmas Eve, she thinks she has got away with it, a deranged killer dressed as Santa Claus becomes has his sight set on the mother and daughter.

Adapted from comic and played in the feature film Tales From The Crypt, Mary Ellen Trainor takes the role of the woman who wants her hubby's life insurance. Larry Drake plays the demented killer Santa Claus in this and can get a bit over the top but does have it's tense moments, Robert Zemeckis did a great job directing this.

Watched The Mezzotint, this years Ghost Story for Christmas. Fantastic little tale and probably the best of Mark Gatiss adaptations. Won't say any more for anyone not familiar but highly recommended.
Also watched the first episode of The Terror, a series adapted from the Dan Simmons novel of the same name. Superbly atmospheric story of two British ships HMS Terror and HMS Erabus searching for the Norhtwest Passage only to find some sort of seemingly supernatural menace haunting their voyage. I'm only one episode in but I can see a purchase on the horizon.

I too thought The Mezzotint was excellent. It's a difficult tale to adapt i'd guess but Gatiss did it brilliantly with an excellent payoff.

I was given The Terror on Blu for Christmas. Rather looking forward to seeing it.

Lock, Stock

Channel 4 Series based on the Movie (Which I never seen) it's very enjoyable with Ralph Brown being the star as the Gangster (You don't want to mess with) Violent in places with some humor thrown in.

I saw this series years ago and own it in DVD, it's decent and enjoyable same goes for the tv series of snatch as well, which has a star studded cast,
Rupert grint, tamer Hassan, Mark warren, but lock stock series is better tho.
