So, how do we go about persuading Disney to release The Muppets Tonight in DVD? This must be the only major Muppets product still sitting in a vault and it was brilliant.

Over the weekend I found the original Muppet Show cast album on vinyl in excellent condition for only £2, so I've been having a very muppety couple of days!

Did anybody here catch the Muppet Christmas special on Channel 5 today?

Urgh jeez - it was awful, awful, awful! Lady Gaga completely ruined it - turning it in a Lady Gaga Xmas special with a little bit of the Muppets chucked in. Was hoping to see Joseph Gordon-Levitt save the show, but that was just cringe-inducingly bad too!)

It seems to be getting some good feedback on Twitter - but I thought it was just dreadful! Anyone else see it?

What's happening to you, Muppets? First there was the frankly pants new celeb game show and this - *hangs head in shame*

I love The Muppets, but Lady Gaga (she's certainly is gaga!) is the reason I didn't watch it. I really don't care for her at all. As Ed O'Ross says in Lethal Weapon, she's "out there, like ****ing Pluto!"

Have to be a voice of positivity here, it was clearly going to be Gaga heavy but the performances were very good(sounding like live vocals over backing tracks, the Elton duets were live of course) it played like an extended Muppet Show in a way, and as Lady Gaga is kinda like a Muppet made flesh it gelled quite well, as for what happened to the Muppets? They can still be anarchic and daft enough in movies but the passing of Jim Henson seems to have left the tv work kinda bland, and yeah, that celebrity game show was pants and should have had many more Muppets involved (no pun intended)

Here's some random Muppet trivia I bet yall didn't know!
The "Mana Mana" song was originally written for a Swedish softcore porn film before being used for The Muppets.

Yeah,remember it well!

The Muppets? I employ most of 'em....

Favourite Muppet?

Gotta be that pimp Fozzie Bear who 'bears' more than a resemblence in characteristics to another 'bear' who may have been an influence....
