Troy Haworth shared it on Facebook, as far as I know Kino Lorber lock all their releases, I’ve only got one and it’s definitely A.

I expect a UK release will follow soon after anyway

I have the admittedly very good old region 1 double feature from mgm. Dearly hope someone gives the tv series the treatment it deserves though.

I missed out on that which is why I’m so happy about this announcement. The TV series is in dire need of a remaster, the picture quality is awful!

I had the R1 flipper set originally before I bought the UK one & we all know that's tripe. I still remember watching this on Central around 1983 when it was premiered & it took them ages to show the full run (In fact they may well not have done!).Then it was shown on BBC 2's Doctor Terror's Vault Of Horrors.I was once again denied decent copies as they cut the end credits.Central also screened THE RIPPER episode the same night as Hammer's excellent HANDS OF THE RIPPER on a 'double bill'.

Doctor Terror's Vault Of Horrors also let us down with their promised uncut premiere of CURSE OF THE WEREWOLF.It was not shown intact till several years after.

I remember watching Hands of the Ripper as part of Dr Terrors Vault of Horrors, one of the first Hammer films I saw, that series introduced me to all kinds of awesome films back in the day, it’s a shame there’s nothing like it nowadays
