I don't think that buying option is available for UK addresses. I can't find a way of adding it to my card when the shipping destination is the UK.

The UK release is a great package anyway, Nos. Get that if you want the film. Plus you get Four Sided Triangle as well.

I have that release, but was interested in the US one because that has the film in three different aspect ratios, including 1.85:1 and a commentary by Constantine Nasr and Steve Haberman. (The UK one has full frame 1.37:1 and 1.66:1 options).

It's not very good apparently, but Neil Marshall's reboot/remake of Hellboy is only £1.42 on Amazon;

I liked it.

Thought it more in character than Del Toro's comic book version.

For £1.42 I'll give it a go, I got £2.50 back from Music Magpie anyway after I complained to them that the inside of the Cannibal Corpse digipak was covered in dried beer, I got it all off and everything is fine but that was £11 for a used DVD so I was a bit miffed lol.

I also like it because it took place on Pendle Hill, near me.

I've given up with Music Magpie for now. Too many items aren't quite in the condition i like. I know you get what you pay for but that CC dvd for £11 should have been in very good condition. Not beer stained. It's what they sell things as 'Used, very good' but too often they aren't.

It's the first time I've had something in a condition like that, I've bought loads of stuff from them, just not recently, I can understand if the quality control has gone down hill a bit lately, but I wanted to make sure they knew I was disappointed by the cleanliness more than looking for any money off.

Does the Hellboy story touch on the Pendle Witches? I did buy an old book about witches in Pendle from specialist book-shop here in Liverpool but the writing was very dry so I didn't continue reading it, I'm still on the look out for a better volume though!

No, not the witches as such. It begins on Pendle with Milla Jovovich's Nimue getting executed at the hands of King Arthur and then Hellboy chases the resurrected Nimue down to Pendle Hill for the finale.

Funnily enough in the recently watched Haunting of Margam Castle, Jane Merrow's character tells the tale of the Pendle Witches and gets it all totally wrong. The only thing she said that was factually correct were the words 'Pendle' and 'Witches'. Must admit i'd like to see a movie of her version of events.

Thank you very much.

I added that to my basket and was looking for other things to make the total up to over £20 so the order qualified for free postage when I decided to click on 'proceed' and see how much postage would be. I was surprised when it said next day delivery came to the grand total of £0.00.

On further investigation, I've discovered that I forgot to cancel the month-long Prime trial I had in November and have been unknowingly paying for Prime membership since December.

This is infuriating because there's a lot I could have been watching over the past five months and have basically been paying money for nothing. At least now I know about the membership, I've cancelled, and have just over three weeks to watch as much as possible!
