I would just like to mention and give a thanks to rotoZOMBIE, who, after trouble with Royal Mail (ie. me not receiving my DVD), had no problems at all with refunding me my payment in full - even after I told him I was happy to split it 50/50.
Just thought that this deserved a mention - cheers rotoZOMBIE and good luck with sorting it out with Royal Mail

masdawg deserves a mention for being so patient after his DVD got lost in the post and even suggesting, after I offered to refund him, that he would be happy with just 50% of his money back.

Great guy and would happily trade again. Royal Mail deserves a kick in the balls!
