It took me a while to get hold of a copy of that one as well. You may also want to got hold of Shadow Warriors and the sequel if you like that sort of film.

I'd guess the original version is still owned by whoever it is that controls the DEG (De Laurentiis Entertainment Group) catalogue, Studiocanal, I believe. I have a feeling that the later reshoots were sanctioned by Miramax, so the 1992 version would most likely be owned by that company. Seeing that Studiocanal has licenced a wealth of Miramax titles it would be amazing if it could release a DVD or Blu-ray that contained both versions of the film.
