Can't log-in to HMV now, damn. I wanted to get Mulholland Drive - £13.60 after discount, which is pretty decent.

antmumford 8th June 2012 11:40 AM

Can't log in either, been trying all day too :'(

Justin101 8th June 2012 11:46 AM

It's funny because I could log into my account (and buy my pre-orders) but I couldn't log into my HMV Pure account - even though it's the same thing!

It said unable to find user name.

The Arrow website has a bunch of £5 DVDs and the supposedly you get a free copy of Erik The Viking with any King Of New York, but I don't know how to do it. Any help?

Hopefully it's working fine for everyone else.

I searched for the code, found it, and then went to HMV where it was on the banner at the top – d'oh!

I then added the six BDs to my basket, added the discount code and, again, nothing. That's with IE and I've also tried it with Google Chrome but then there was a completely different problem!

Paul@TheOverlook 8th June 2012 11:58 AM

Worked fine for me - James Bond set works out at about £74!

Why are you guys having trouble? I literally added what I wanted to my basket and then added the promotional code during checkout. No problems.

After tricking on 'add coupon' and entering the code, clicking on 'redeem coupon' does absolutely nothing.

antmumford 8th June 2012 12:01 PM

I can't access my checkout to add the code. It just keeps coming up with a processing error and tells me to refresh the page. (which I've done about 50 times now)

It's not a coupon, is a promotional code and there's a dedicated field for it a the centre of the screen.
