I took some stuff in today. Although they remove the discs from cases when they buy them from you it appears they leave booklets inside them on the shelves so anyone could nick them.

It's possible they remove booklets and so on when they put price stickers on things but i doubt it.

Whenever I’ve sold stuff with extras (poster/booklet etc) they usually take them out and put them with the disc, but I’m guessing it depends on the store

I'm pretty sure my one leaves the booklets in the case.

My one has been known to throw slipcase covers straight in the bin as well.

Sadly this can also occur. But there is also the online store? Or am I bolting the door here?

Gutted when the greedy bast*rds did this. I used to proper rip the pish out of the £2 for 10 items lol certainly got my money's worth.

As for the booklets, I'd say it's hit and miss. You never know if it it's been traded in with the booklet or not.

Fair enough ....

I can understand why they do this although I'm not happy about it.
A lot of items are posted out from individual stores rather than a central warehouse so the £2.00 for 10 items doesn't really cut it!
