They'll get terrible press off of this, it's already on the front page of BBC News so between them they'll come to an agreement :)

Sounds like a ploy to get people to sign up to Amazon's credit card. I hate that company but have to use them sadly.

Yeah, seems very convenient that their special rewards credit card is managed by MasterCard... Terrible APR and rubbish customer service I believe.

A solution i've come up with which isn't ideal but will suffice is to buy a load of Amazon vouchers each month on my CC from a supermarket. Add them to my account then it takes care of payments.

Therefore i don't have to switch credit cards.

Amazon have just emailed to say that from mid January 2022, they will stop accepting Visa Credit Cards as a payment method because the Visa processing fees are getting too high, they'll still accept MasterCard and Amex, and all types of debit cards.

I wonder if other businesses will follow? Something to think about if you like to do your shopping on a credit card and pay it off each month.

Can’t exactly remember when last time I bought owt of Amazon, it’s a rarity if I do.

Compared to the Blu-ray trilogy set, the main downside to that one is it's only in standard definition.

Other negatives include the crappy fourth film and the remake nobody wanted. ;)

(Full disclosure: I have The Omen Collection DVD set from the US which contains the four Omen films; I think I've watched the fourth one once.)
