It's officially OOP now I believe.

John Matrix 23rd November 2018 07:56 PM

The Eureka sales are absolute garbage compared to the Arrow, Bfi, 88 Films ones at Fopp.

Blu rays from £9 to me isn't something to get excited about

No, not quite yet! There's less than 40 copies left.

I would imagine that Indicator/Powerhouse are not bothering to include the box set in the Black Friday sale because of the low number of units in stock.

Rob4 15th December 2018 02:39 PM

BFI's are £6 at Fopp at the moment. i was told by a staff member the offer would run into January.

monkeypedro 23rd December 2018 10:18 AM

Trespass only £3.99 at Amazon.

I’ve got a couple on my wish list that are currently sitting at £15.17 and I’m waiting for them to shed that 17p so I don’t get charged an extra £3 in VAT

Word on the grapevine is if you pay by card they don't actually charge your card with the vat...

I've not tested it but just ordered DeathShip on there for £16.79 so will keep an eye on my bank statement over the next few days

I'd seen that too, I tested with the remastered Zombie, my card was charged the full amount unfortunately, although still cheaper than anywhere else at £29ish

bizarre_eye@Cult Labs 5th January 2019 11:19 AM

I recently bought The Devil Incarnate and Who Can Kill a Child? for just over the £13 mark apiece. Just waiting on a few of their more recent releases to drop to that sweet spot too before I snap them up.

Before you all rush over, i was in Fopp today and they looked to be clearing shelf space for an 88 promotion so that will mean £6 instead of £7.99 from the webstore plus postage.

monkeypedro 8th January 2019 02:35 PM

Will popping into Fopp the next few days so will have a look. I have been waiting for a few of the slasher and Italian rage to drop to £6.

While it is still a better deal didn't 88 drop delivery charges a while back?

zeroid 9th January 2019 08:00 AM

No delivery charge for 88Film orders in the UK, free international postage after order exceeds £60.
(I ordered Hex, Bewitched and the 2 Black Magic films yesterday.)

Justin101 17th January 2019 02:37 PM

WowHD prices have dropped a bit, there must have been a favourable exchange rate recently. Just ordered those last 2 pesky Mondo Macabro BDs I wanted as both dropped below £15.

All of the Jean Rollin Redemption discs in my watch list have dropped below £15 as well.

Is it from the makers of Live Like a Man, Die Like a Cop and Seven Cats in Death's Eye?

SymbioticFunction 20th January 2019 12:47 PM

I also took advantage of the Mondo Macabro price drops on wowhd. I ordered the blu-ray of Lucio Fulci's Perversion Story for less than 15 quid. It's currently out of stock and on back order but hopefully they'll soon get more copies.

Nosferatu@Cult Labs 22nd January 2019 01:31 PM

Zoom are doing four days of 4K deals, with today's being Everest, Lone Survivor, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows available for £10 each (or £9 using the signup10 discount).

Demdike@Cult Labs 22nd January 2019 03:03 PM

Damn you 101 Films getting your crappy sci-fi dual format releases back in stock. Damn you i say.

I did the same it's on back-order, I might order something else while I wait, site-wide the WowHD prices are all really good at the moment.

monkeypedro 25th January 2019 02:20 AM

The Vampire Diaries complete series on bluray is only £18.05 on Amazon at the moment.
