Yeah, there's loads of 'good' films there this year. Although getting Driller Killer last year from there was brilliant!

I've only got 4 so far;

Camp Blood,
Dead Man's Hand
Live Feed (uncut)
and
Puppet Master.

What's Blood Gnomes like BS?

Great thread idea Jim!

Another great idea! Trading Poundland DVDs! I just wished they had DVDs like this all year round (rather than DVDs on fishing!), but then again this has become kind of an annual little treat of Halloween cheap goodies!

Erm, I don't think it is BS. Well, I never saw it - maybe it was hiding! Little bugger. I'll have to check next time I go, and pick up a few more.

What did you think of Dead Man's Hand KPW? I thought it was boring and never managed to get to the end - how could a film with Michael Berryman AND Sid Haig be bad? Maybe I was too hard. I also ended up turning Live Feed off too - but I'll be giving that another go sooonies.

WAHEY FOR POUNDLAND!

I've been watching a few Poundland 'classics' over the past couple of weeks. Here's what I've got through so far....

Skinned Alive - Enjoyed this one, a great gory horror-comedy! Benefits from not taking itself too seriously 4/5
Live Feed - Hostel rip-off. Not brilliant but doesn't scrimp on the gore. OK. 3/5
Autopsy - Not to everyone's taste I would imagine but some good ideas. 2.5/5
Razor Eaters - Pretty bad, best avoided IMO. 1.5/5.
