I've been (very quickly - I'm addicted) working my way through the fifth season of The Twilight Zone and I'm absolutly luving it! It's brilliant! In fact, it may be my fav season so far, although that is a toughie.

Anyways, this particular episode, though not the most well-known or the most memorable (there's not a real big twist, etc), it still remains a lot of fun! So much in fact, that I decided to make some GIFs from it. So here's they are - I think I'm going to have to use these insults one day

Genius!

I'd agree with Kyle, this is a fun episode. I'm finding so far with season 5 that the episodes seem more straight sci fi than Twilight Zone, more in line with the radio shows Dimension X and X Minus 1. There's just a certain Twilight Zone flavour that I think is more evident in the earlier seasons. That's not a criticism, because I'm enjoying the season so far, perhaps it's just a natural evolution of the show.

Anyway, I really liked the interplay between the two main characters, and the female lead especially I think gave a good performance. Interesting to see Robbie the robot popping up with a different head as well!

I could not remember this episode from the title or description...

...but those screencaps got it all flooding back!

It's definetly one of the most fun episodes in the show. In fact, I'm sure Uncle Simon must've been one of the best parts in Twilight Zone to play - the dialogue he has is so marvelous and must've been great fun to say!
