Has anyone here ever read any of the Alfred Hitchcock Paperback stories that were popular in the 70s? Well theres one I was given recently called The Secret Of Shark Reef and the blurb goes like this... "A metal tomb...Pete stared at the decaying submarine, which swayed eerily in the current like a drowning monster. It was covered with weed, and its gun was thick with rust and barnacles. Suddenly he heard a ghostly tapping sound inside the hulk. Surely, after forty years on the sea bed, no one could still be alive...? Hmm know where have I heard that story before? Just goes to show you how influencal and great the TZ stories are! Even a book published in Hitchcock's name 'stole' from the show!
