A bit of a schmaltz overload for me.

There's nothing particularly wrong with it I suppose, but I just couldn't get behind it. The main guy was just a bit too un-sympathetic. I know that's kind of the point, he's still smarting from losing his wife in a previous life, but I couldn't help but just think him a bit of an arse.

I don't mind sweet or touching, but this just laid it on a bit too thick without really managing to pluck the heart strings.

I think Gary Cole got the wrong role in this one. I think he would've played the main part a bit stronger than the other guy. And how bad were the holographic effects?
