I can imagine the pitch for this episode -

"Back to the future was a massive hit two years ago guys, so what I envision is is making an episode that's like back to the future, but with terrible actors that lasts only 10 minutes and concludes with a worthless thug getting away with murdering a police man. Who's with me on this?"
