Glad you like the links. That Pinball database is a gold mine.

We're going to try and hunt out the best snippets of Twilight Zone trivia from around the web for the blog as the Blu-Ray and DVD releases roll out and try to create something really interesting for the fans.

Here's a little bonus pic I found. In 1964, Ideal Games released this Twilight Zone board game. Unfortunately, I can't find a great article that reviews the game, but the box looks interesting...

If memory serves, I think there was a Spectrum game too wasn't there? But there was a fault in the game that made it impossible to complete?

Judging from the cover, I'm not sure it was too official. From the wild west days of gaming companies run out of garages...

Video game

A text adventure based video game of The Twilight Zone for the PC and Amiga was also published in 1988 by Gigabit Systems Inc. The game has been panned by players for various problems.

Just found some images:

Ah text based games. From a bygone era. Still, the signposts are funny.

Say to Thorin "Open Window". Say to Thorin "Carry Me". Say to Thorin "Go Window".

With one well placed well, Thorin cleaves your skull...

Oh my. That brings back memories. Never played the TZ one, but used to play others quite a bit. Don't think I'd have the patience now!

I almost miss text based games. But being a child of the "16-Bit" generation, I'm used to platformers.

However seeing that TZ game did remind me of this:

Although I like the idea of a thread for "text based adventures of TZ episodes".... Hmmmm....

We must try and find an emulator for the TZ text game above online! We could have a competition to see who can beat it first!

Edit: I haven't tried it yet, but this might do the job!

http://www.abandonia.com/en/games/720/Twilight+Zone,+The.html

I'll test it and start a thread if it's useable!
