I hope they do manage to get it right and stick with the same packaging design for the remaining of the release. Perhaps they could work out a way of housing the discs more securely without changing the size/format of the box itself. They must know that DVD collectors need consistency and not a collection which looks all over the place!

i agree, love or hate the way they come, uniformaty is a must. i hate the new format with passion. i much prefer the old way, with 4 slim packs in side the volume. i email freemantle twice about this with no acknowledgement about my comment.

Default DVD Menu

I have a question about the DVD Menu

Are they ever gonna remove Karen travers? I'm on DVD Box Set 5 ( Purple) and she left nearly 70 episodes ago and she still there lol

HAs anyone noticed that the UK DVD menus are the same as Oz? So even though the UK volume 1 discs 5 is such, the DVD menu still says Volume 2?

Typical Prisoner randomness, but would we have it any other way

Yeah, I noticed the menus too. Very strange thing to do.

I think it's called "saving money"..and the fines for copying etc notice that pops up when you put it in is in australian dollars too isn't it? You would think that would need to be changed legally? (I may be wrong though)

LOL Robert - when I saw the copyright warnings in Australian dollars, I also thought they'd have no legal standing in the UK

Personally, I'm just happy that we are finally able to get it on dvd in the UK, but that's just my opinion.
