Had the blu since last Saturday!
same here I've watched the first 5 minutes and the Blu is stunning. it really brings out the palette that the filmmakers used. I watched the original award winning trailer for the first time (even though it's included on the GRindhouse discs) and wondered what the heck the other competition entries were like

The local ASDA is selling the Blu-ray for a tenner. It's ace!

Hobo with a Shotgun is just legendary! What a debut for Jason Eisener!

I've noticed a few pastiches in it so far. These include the Pam Grier line from Truck Turner about who ever kills him (the hobo) will get her broads, or in this case his(the gang boss's) broads. The lead females neck sawing reminded me of the mighty Giallo A Venezia even down to the attacker's sun glasses, but I'm probably miles off with that one! What pastiches can you notice?
