I've had those two since 1989, both great vids and both included on the recent Maiden England DVD

Bought this awesome lot of Friday 13th NTSC vids off ebay for a good price. Mainly bought them for the original cover art for part V which you don't often see. I love collecting these NTSC slipcases as much as big box ex rentals!

Years ago I purchased a VHS copy of Document of the Dead from a company based in Canada. During the doc Romero makes a comment about 'flying a plane into a building in New York' to get peoples attention. Since 9/11, every subsequent release of DOTD that I'm aware of, has had that specific line/phrase removed. It's bad enough censoring films at the cinema and on DVD and Blu-ray, but a doc! WOW. Anyone have this particular version of 'Document? Would love to know. Unfortunately I misplaced my VHS copy over the years |
