With Kyle's hunt for a complete collection of Palace sell through titles,I thought I'd start something similar.

As Kyle is finding, there's ALWAYS one or two that's SO hard to find.....

With this collection back in the days of VHS,it was no different.

RAZORBACK proved to be the toughest ****er to track down on this label ever, and I've tracked down some tough ****ers in my time!

I searched for YEARS for it on this label, and bought ended up by mail order with EVERY other vhs version of this ever released!
No internet in those days remember!
In fact,it's one of 3 VHS I still have to this day.

The other tough Pueta Pinto in this collection was:
THE HILLS HAVE EYES PART II

Anyone else collect these?

There was some nice titles available!

Other titles which I can't find images for were;

TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA
DRACULA HAS RISEN FROM THE GRAVE
FRANKENSTEIN AND THE MONSTER FROM HELL
THE CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN

RAZORBACK
THE HILLS HAVE EYES PART II
FRIDAY THE 13TH
STEPHEN KING'S IT

THE HUNGER
THE LOST BOYS

oh damn you reaper i forgot about these :pound: i used to have some them and now im looking at them i want them all over again

i was thinking today that it would be great to have a section of cult labs dedicated to VHS, like the damage depot and others a VHS one would be awesome.

this type of thread on VHS labels would be perfect for it

Ha ha! If only I knew you then, I've had this for years on this label!:tongue1: Not to be pedantic, but you seem to be missing the TerrorVision release of Argento's The Cat O' Nine Tails?

darthelvis 5th May 2011 11:34 AM

This brings back memories.

I used to have all the horror vids except Lost Boys and Friday part 2.

The spines all matched on the shelves, and looked terrific. I was as chuffed with these releases as with any pre cert labels.

The sci fi Beyond Vision range was also nice but i didn't really collect them.

The art/fact cards from the titles now sit in their relevant dvd cases.

I still have several of these...somewhere... ;)

Had what? Razorback?

CAT O NINE TAILS,yeah I forgot that one!

Yeah BEYOND VISION was also a nice collection.

Memorable titles included MAD MAX-Original aussie dialogue.
WESTWORLD
GREYSTOKE THE LEGEND OF TARZAN
THE OMEGA MAN
THE ILLUSTRATED MAN
INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS
LOGAN'S RUN

The bastard to find in this collection was MAD MAX 2.
I collected these as well,as they were often the only widescreen versions available.

:) A mate gave me Razorback, it had a timecode running on the bottom. I didn't ask.
