Warner's and Parkfield produced quite a few of these throughout 1988 to 1990.
Some had unique artwork especially commissioned like the artwork for the Nic Roeg/Donald Cammel film Performance.

Performance (1970) on Warner Home Video (United KingdomVHS videotape)

The Errol Flynn collection that started in 1988 had specially commissioned artwork for the front of the sleeve with Errol Flynn in different costumes, similar to the James Cagney collection that started being released around the sametime.

Adventures of Don Juan (1949) on Warner Home Video (United KingdomVHS videotape)

White Heat on Warner Home Video (United KingdomVHS videotape)

Given time I'm certain that these Warner/Parkfield's will become collector's items. Warner's and Parkfield released a number of early horror/fantasy releases like Razorback, The Hitcher, Legend, Beastmaster through Hollywood Nites, a division of Parkfield. Many of these titles originally came from the Cannon/Thorn EMI back catalouge. When Thorn finally decided to leave the VHS market in 1988, the back catalouge was bought by the Wientraub Group.

Then in 1990 the Parkfield Group went bust, and Warner's started distributing what titles remained. Though Warner's did in 1990 agree a distrubuting deal with Braveworld that allowed further Wientraub titles to be issued on Warner Home Video. Some were re-issued from the back catalouge of the Warner/Parkfield relationship like At Earth's Core and Are You Being Served? etc... Even Blame It On Rio got a re-issue by Warner's

1992 was the last release cycle for Warner/Wientraub/Braveworld VHS releases. Studio Canal bought up the Wientraub back catalouge that included all the Thorn EMI films.

Great video! The Cobra stuff made me remember a guy I used to work with, who went into his local video shop and asked if they had Tom Berenger Sniper. I kid you not.

I thought Sniper Elite was part of the series, sorry. It isn't. It's sci-fi.
