Kei Fujiwara - she directed the wonderful, disturbing (and hard going) 'Organ' and 'Id'. She had a hand in 'Tetsuo' too, as an actress. Wish she did more.

I liked the fact that there is no real explanation as to the whys and wherefores of the self harm in the film. I did start to watch it with the director's commentary but she was blowing "art" so hard out of her arse I gave up!
