Roberta Findlay made some decent exploitation pictures outside of her porno career like Tenement, Blood Sisters and The Oracle.

Mary Lambert directed Pet Semetary. Great film.

One of Christian Bale's finest perfs-and that's saying something!
I think both Christian Bale and American Psycho are VERY over-rated. Only good film Bale was in was The Machinist.

Another I've thought of is Marina de Van, the director of self-harm shocker Dans ma peau (In My Skin). A very good film, if a little uncomfortable to watch at times.

Hmmm I think they did a good job with American Psycho and I'm a prime candidate to be disappointed as it's one of my favourite fiction books. Incidentally, I heard he ate a tin of tuna and an apple a day to get down to the weight required for The Machinist.

Yeah, out of all the films I own or have seen; 20 odd years later and Pet Sematary is the only one that's scared me, thanks to the brilliant casting of a boney bloke as Zelda, creepy as Hell!

Why I've just searched for this, I'll never know!
