Is it supposed to have those two lumpy bits on the side? I assume they're supposed to be used to open it? Very odd indeed. Looks very nice otherwise.

I think its great packaging, shame theres no booklet or leaflet inside but it's a great idea for packaging.

Nope, hence why I've bumped the 'So, what's next' thread.

I watched Washing Machine last night, not great but not terrible. The audio / visual is a bit of a let down though. The audio is slightly muffled and the transfer looks old and smeary, not the best Shameless have put out.

I haven't opened mine yet, what extras does it have (if any)?

Only extras are a gallery of Deodato's on set photos and trailers for every Shameless release.

Thanks Pete, I really wish Shameless would add some decent extras to their releases, trailers don't make them "Fan Editions", they seem more bothered about packaging than content!

I'm sure I've read somewhere that Deodato was never very happy with the film from the start, he didn't like the cast and the location. The locations are certainly drab and the cast well, theres certainly no Fenech. It's a servicable giallo just a shame that Shameless didn't get hold of a better transfer.
