Welcome Cat! I hope you find all of us here a very pleasant lot (trust me, Vajda DOES bite! Avoid at all costs!) and have a very pleasant stay here at the cult labs. On a side note, im about half way through Nick Hornbys great novel About a Boy and was very pleased to see (amongst many other 19's pop culture references) a direct mention of Prisoner Cell Block H. iluvdvds@Cult Labs and mr 420 like this.

Hi Reallt glad to have found a forum to dicuss all things Prisoner. I just love it and have been addicted since childhood. Still love it as much now as the first time I saw it.

| Prisoner the musical
Is anyone aware that selected cast members did a Prisoner the Musical show in Australia? It was a one off occasion (it was terrible!) Jim, Bea, Margo, Judy, Doreen and Lizzie were all on stage wearing outfits akin to the Village People. It was like a Sonny and Cher variety show kind of thing. I found it on Youtube one day and now I cannot find it. I'll keep looking and if I can find it again I will add the link here so my fellow lags can have a laugh  Has anyone else ever seen this footage?

Yeah Cat I think a dvd of it (bad quality) has been round a lot of prisoner fans through the years..however an official dvd of it seems like it will never happen due to copyright etc

I think that the original copy of that performance was possibly banished to some underground vault never to see the light of day ever again!  |
